100 Holes for Hunger - Supporting East Lothian Foodbank
20 March 2026
On 22 June 2026, two brave (and possibly slightly mad!)
golfers – Edward Danks and Fraser Symon, partners at Paris Steele – will take on an extraordinary endurance challenge at the
beautiful Luffness New Golf Club.
Our mission?
Play 100 holes of golf in a single day.
This year, Paris Steele celebrates its centenary – marking
100 years of serving the local community. To honour this milestone, Edward and
Fraser wanted to give something meaningful back. They chose to support East
Lothian Foodbank, whose work is vital in helping individuals and families
facing crisis across our region.
Why We’re Doing This
More people than ever are turning to the Foodbank for
emergency help. Rising living costs, unexpected setbacks, and hardship can
affect anyone – and the support East Lothian Foodbank provides is a lifeline.
Every donation you give will:
- Help local families put food on the table
- Support volunteers who work tirelessly each day
- Strengthen our community when it needs it most
The Challenge
- 100 holes.
- Over 30 miles on foot.
- Hundreds of swings.
- One very long day – but all for a brilliant cause.
How You Can Help
Please support the challenge by donating whatever you can.
