At Paris Steele, we believe that selling your home should feel supportive, informed, and entirely pressure-free. That means honest advice when it matters most, local knowledge you can actually rely on, and a team that takes the time to understand your individual circumstances.

As part of our ongoing dedication to service excellence, we underwent an independent mystery shop exercise conducted by customer experience specialists Insight6 on behalf of ESPC. The result? An overall score of 98% - placing us firmly in the top tier for customer service. An outstanding result in an exercise open to all 130 ESPC member firms.

The mystery shop assessed the full client journey, from first point of contact through to follow-up, scoring our team across four categories: First Impressions, Effective Questioning, Knowledge, and Call to Action. Paris Steele achieved maximum marks in three of the four areas, with the assessor awarding a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

The independent assessor said of their experience at Paris Steele:

“The standout feature was the exceptional balance of professionalism and empathy. This approach built significant trust and made me feel like a valued client rather than just a sales lead.”

As a solicitor-led estate agent, Paris Steele combines expert legal knowledge with dedicated property sales expertise under one roof. Our clients benefit from a fully joined-up service - from valuation right through to settlement. This is particularly valuable when navigating complex or sensitive circumstances, such as a sale involving a divorce or bereavement, where clear legal guidance and compassionate client care go hand in hand.

This result is a reflection of our team’s dedication to that standard of service, and we are delighted to have it independently recognised.

Thinking of selling? There’s never been a better time.

At Paris Steele, we offer a free, pre-sale market appraisal. Further, if you instruct us to sell your home before 31 December 2026, we will donate £100 to the RNLI. You can read more about this offer in our article Moving Home, Saving Lives.
